Is is possible to verify the votes after the meeting - ie request to see the ballots to see whose votes were counted?
My main concern is to make sure that interested parties that stand to benefit from the deal do not vote.
Can K.R. vote his 5.29m shares? I would have thought not as a beneficiary of a continued salary and options/shares package?
And which shareholders are connected to Pursuit Capital?
