If you look at the share price this board is not helping and any new board even if were not experienced will do better than these clowns.

They sit on many boards and rely on kickbacks and have no substance.

The board should step down and do the right thing to it's 'minority' shareholders and reappoint proper board members new blood with hunger to develop KEY and acquire proper projects. As to Zeta it's NOT the answer. Diluting KEY loyal shareholders by 4:1 is irresponsible for so much risk!
