The opening line of the reply to the ASX does not mention anything about a progress report, update or announcement and remember it was not released by IGS. It was released by the ASX

There is nothing new in the reply. Any information in the reply is not a progress report, if it was it should have opened with something like “The company is pleased to announce that the ASX has questioned our financial ability to stay listed, and we answered, yes, we think we are OK because if we are really, really lucky and can queue jump we might get some of our SFEG $ back, Ouro Paz just might prove to us what is going on financially and the proposed WG deal is progressing at a snails pace and we have the support of some of our shareholders.
