This was a test run of the trading pump for when news will be out, in my humble opinion.
Remove some of the early resistance to be able to drive price into 4 to 5 cents area on news on day one of the rally, IMO, with further highs into the 6's and 7's within a week from news.
Selling pressure to mid 2's should now be minimal on the proper run as those who sat and waited to exit the stock on the first sign of action have now exited.
Excellent way to clear the low resistance hurdles while accumulating at low levels, the advantage of trading a stock at high volume which lingered for a long time in the doldrums.
