Wubing, read carefully, ALT's response did not say they need a CR, but that it was just a possible source of funding.
I wasn't aware of the Small Cap Investor, nor that they had ALT as a buy.
Kris Sayce is the editor (according to website) and appears to have been for some years. He appears to be quite vocal though recently his main topic of opinion has been superannuation.
