The Company continues to be in discussions with parties in this context on a confidential basis. In the event that there are any developments in this regard we will keep the market updated in accordance with our continuous disclosure obligations; and (b) The Company also notes it released its Q2, 2014 Quarterly Report and Appendix 5B on Monday 21 July 2014. The Quarterly Report noted that the Company had ended the quarter in a sound financial position.
