Yeah I had read that one, it didn't reference the ASIC notice which is what I assume caused the market update.

Whats actually really interesting about the whole debacle is that there must be a pretty serious leak in the Blue Sky team for the ASIC notice to be leaked the to FIN. The fact that ASIC issued the letter would have only gone to a pretty small circle of people (well I assume it would). How else would the reporter have found out about a confidential letter?
