Its pretty interesting actually.
Looks like they started purchasing the BLA at the same time as BAF in March this year. There are thousands of small parcel transaction to get to the 5%. They are probably looking at it from 2 angles, option 1, if it doesn't go well, they are in the lions seat for a takeover bid or option 2, they get the business model fixed and it becomes profitable again.
