You could be right. I mean ANG has half its sales in the Americas and MND is expanding its fabrication business there. That and its JV, Monaro etc. to establish its presence. The price is quite reasonable and within its budget without too much sweat... so yea.

But then this would take the group back into mining and resources a bit too much. Maybe that's a good thing seeing how the bust looks to be recovering soon.

But if I were to run MND, I'd probably go big into a waste management company. They already pretty much control ANQ, take that for a few million, put that high technology into the acquired waste businesses and that would greatly diversify its reach and income streams.
