This is all relatively positive, seems like they're trying to maintain the SP for a raise. A lot of speculation, especially from the shoddy journalists @ the AFR put their debt at 310M+ (with a ceiling of 330M). They've got some wiggle room and won't be relying solely on OP-Flows to stay afloat.
The RAD balance is a tough one, but it is a problem all these aged care companies are facing. It's all fun and games until the music stops (either due to preferences changing, or property prices declining). But a "risk-free" ~6% return is hard to pass up for a lot of these folks (especially in today's low-rate environment).
This is probably oversold, they've got 33% more beds than JHC and their market caps are about even.
any word on what "non-core" assets they plan to divest?
