This really is a disgrace, the founders in the USA would be churning right now, watching the havoc that has happened under this watch.
Disgraceful is the word which comes to mind and also, all the noses in the trough which is present management.
They all need to resign. The company is better off rudderless like it has been for years now. At least a strong wind can blow it a certain direction.
