The greyhound ban nearly brought NSW to a halt affecting property values, sentiment, business confidence and consumer confidence according to FXJ/ Macquarie Media and Alan Jones.

But that affected a lot of people. Whereas CWN is unlikely to get the same sort of treatment and a bailout due to its limited impact on ordinary voters.

Not everyone likes gaming in Australia otherwise Woolworths thru ALH would be a lot more profitable than it was until recently.

Bail out of CWN may be wishful thinking IMHO.
