There is nothing to suggest that the RAD is owned by EHE. It is not in the accounts.
You have made outrageous statements.
No one said that the RAD is owned by EHE (unless you meant to say "owed", in which case you would still have been wrong, because the RAD is most certainly owed by EHE. It says so in the accounts, detailed in Note 21 of the latest Annual Report. Worth reading that note in its entirety, paying special attention to the third paragraph under 21 (a).
