Nothing to worry about dilution for ordinary shareholders! Big investors and other big stakeholders such as SPOG would take care of any further issued capital.......New issued share would never see the market as share transaction between institutions to institutions.
However, ordinary shareholders get the most benefit if acquisitions are properly managed.
