LiveTiles Limited (ASX:LVT) (LiveTiles or the Company) has become aware that it has been mentioned in a media article about potential court proceedings concerning a shareholder dispute in respect of an unrelated company, involving LiveTiles’ CEO.
At present LiveTiles and its subsidiaries have not received any claim or demand and are not party to any proceedings. In accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations, LiveTiles will update the market as and when appropriate.
