The russian will either have to try & take on the chinese investor or sit back with the rest of us & use the chinese money to get this thing happening.

Interesting the chinese investor looking to invest in SRK not peru specifically via say a 50/50 ownership over the whole project with AF.

Could this be the push for SRK to move up to 63% straight away & then offer the other partners there exit commission.

Interesting to see how the listing of the coal in Singapore would affect us here in Aus. Would it include a buyout of australian interests to keep the indo's happy or would srk keep some ownership. Considering they were happy to sell the project before.

Remembering they got $2+ out of the russian on tranche 1 wonder what they are after this time?

I wonder if the russian had first dibs to increase from his partisipation in the original raising.

The beauty could be that the company will still be tightly held. Have a russian & chinese company as the two major holders.

I think they have let it slip in the announcement to push the prce as high as possible to get more or help get maximum out of the chinese.

Either way loose lips make SRK a great tightly held share that when it goes it goes.
