There's enough cash to start the coal project without any capital raising.
It was only just over a year since there was a raising at $2.45 followed by the placement to Gallagher at $2.75.
I'm sure the management won't want to dilute their holdings and know what the Peruvian iron ore project is potentially worth given the takeover speculation last year.
