Sim88, the way that the requisitioners approached the company was wrong (as stated above), the current board had no option but to take the steps they did, at that time sitting down and talking wouldn’t have achieved the desired outcome when the requisitioners were “full of jumping beans” (It takes a calm situation to sit and talk) IMO
the board did the right thing by the shareholders.
