And as many keep saying sim88, PVD have not swanned in with the 249D simply to get their 'jollies' from holding another board position.
They simply must have something up their sleeve and at this early stage, are not prepared to reveal their entire hand.
Current board sounds like it's surely used up all it's chances with shareholders hurting....and hurting badly.
Out with the old and in with the new....IMO.
