Its a follow up to last years inquiry as to whether or not TAS is genuinely an exploration/minig entity. After which there was a capital raising part of which ?($200,000) was allocated to exploration/mining activities.
So clearly the directors want to maintain the company's status, (maybe eating their cake and still having it too)...
