Rov.  Regardless what you said, that post must go down in the annals of outstanding English.  You wrote ONE sentence containing 154 words without a full stop!!! Must be a HC record.  
But, give some thought to this in what you said,and this is just my take on where the SP is.  I'm of the firm opinion that volume, liquidity, is the prime cause of the gradual and apparently unstoppable drop in the share price, despite how good the news is.
Like it or not, this stock is being completely dominated by ST traders with relatively smallish holdings. They chase the SP up with the same small purchases when they see expectation and anticipation entering the market i.e. a due announcement.  The price does surge, mostly on those small trades and then the price gradually slides to where we are today.
Why?  Because the highly anticipated announcements that triggered to spikes have ALL proven to be unsubstantiated and not followed up.
So, most active holders, as most holders are ST traders, walk away and look to have a punt somewhere else.

LKE will NEVER create a substantial spike in the SP that will hold until they make an announcement with substantive substance, not just promises, expectations, nearology etc etc which have dominated nearly every announcement that they have made in the last 12 months, often preceding a "smallish" CR through a placement with SIs and directors!!??

But, I'm in and still buying, because I strongly believe that they WILL make that announcement with substantive substance and it's getting closer by the day and that very same low liquidity will prove to be the major friend of all LT holders because many will be chasing fewer shares!!!  
Another reason why management make small placements instead of retail CRs, keeping liquidity low and minimizing equity erosion.  One day we'll bless them for that!!!  Let's see.
