If you go back to what I said , and I will qualify it right here and now for you . I stated that you would basically have no success against the Clee's and Co you have been bashing and rambling on about for absolutely no benefit to the shareholders of VIC and HDY these last couple of months. I also stated that I would prefer to walk away from the loss than chip $500 into what would amount to a failed attempt or claim. As I said in my earlier post where I agree with @Kan in that most of what you and others have been posting is nothing short of ' slander ' and baseless comments without any proof.

At the end of the day , It is a more level headed person who stands back , observes and waits until the final outcome to then demonstrate the clear angle which should be taken and which would be more beneficial for both company's shareholders in redressing or pursuing any claim for loss.

So I guess I disagree with you . and the trouble with what you have been banging on about is that it completely misses the mark. You went way to early mate with what is lacking in any valid information.

Firstly as a dead give away , a Business lawyer would never speak in the manner in which you have conveyed to posters on this forum. I would argue you haven't spoken to anyone by the way you have communicated it to us all . Secondly , and as I have stated - no one on these threads would want to nor should they want to give their personal contact details out on HC. So your approach not only is missing the target of our claim completely , it fails to recognize the confidentiality originally necessary in establishing a concerted claim going forward.

No offense to you either , however these sort of subtle d etails tend to come from experience. So you can laugh as much as you like , however I can assure you that you won't be laughing last .....
