To be clear:

For $1 million" yes 1$1 million not just the rest of the $3 million "you can drill roughly 1,500 metres diamond drilling or 3000 metres RC (all inclusive costs including assaying etc).

Compare the above to what they are proposing - granted we don't have their full program but....... 

They certainly need to explain the drilling program they are proposing with any CR (assuming someone is willing to stump the funds, which might be a big ask without management changes IMO noting the ASX, assuming this is ever relisted, will take a very very hard line on any related party dealings within VIC around future funding.  Hence what will a third party funding provider be asking here if they are willing, and that is a big if, to stump up funds for drilling?
