Again Kan you cannot seem to read a sentence and understand what is said. I did not say that Mr Ellingford was involved in fraudulent activities. I just pointed out that during the time he was President of Take Two there was an investigation into fraud and an eventual "cleaning out" of top executives.I supply a quote from Wikipedia : "From 2003 to 2005, the company fell under investigation by the Security and Exchange Commission related to corporate and personal financial fraud after going public that led to Brant resigning by 2006 alongside the departures of other former executives and board members. As a result of this mismanagement, the company's majority shareholders led a takeover of Take-Two in March 2007, replacing them with Strauss Zelnick as the new Chairman and CEO. "
Now was it just unfortunate that Ellingford had to depart. Or just corporate reality.
