Sentia, you have denied being a day trader but yet continue to make unsubstantiated posts like this one. day traders usually bag out the Directors like what you are doing then once you have accumulated enough shares you change sentiment and start praising the fundamentals of the company.
the company announcement acknowledging that the transactions between affiliated parties should have been voted upon by shareholders shows management's position in the ASX saga. like I said earlier, if an affiliated party invests in the company, albeit at a discounted price, I am all for it as it shows confidence in the company.
