Both VIC and ASX got a lot of egg on their face with this. According to VIC ,ASX has quoted incorrect appendix 3B documents twice in their letter.On their part VIC claims that the incorrect wording "exclusivity fee" which should have been "consideration securities" was a typo.Yes that's right , they claim it to be a typo.Pigs might fly!
