Regardless of management (yes they suck). VIC has only 1.2 Billion shares on offer(not including opps) for an exploration spec that is ok as a number of other spec companies have gone to 3-4 billion before consideration. So 1 billion @ 0.005 is still $5 million which is enough to get drilling. Let’s hope tomorrow brings good news.
