There is a subtle difference between VIC and your analogy of the spider. While the VIC spider manages to suck the VIC insect fairly well dry he doesn't discard the almost empty shell. It is then pumped up again with a spurious scheme and the help of willing punters until a repeat sucking is carried out. This is obviously superior spider governance......IMHO
