The 8 foot prototype machine was due for completion in August. That must be getting close, then it is just a matter of some testing before committing to the build out. The order will be for the equivalent of 800 4' machines, plus the fertigation contract, design, HVAC, etc etc.
I am told the Cos Lettuce only takes 14 days from planting the seedling till harvest in the Rotogro machine, enabling 26 crops a year and they can put 800 seedlings in each machine. Fairly impressive. My guess is the testing wont take long, they've already spent a year perfecting the 4' machine so just a matter of transferring the technology to the bigger machine. The changed distance from the light source should be a straight mathematical calculation to ensure the same conditions as the 4' machine.
I think once the market sees that this contract is going ahead, and gets to look at the economics, cash flows etc, we'll start to get some interest in the stock. Not long to go.
