Katalogue is not worth taking notice of, he/she accuses all of being keyboard warriors when in fact they are the one ramping up the company when not justifly deserved and deliberately trying to entrap posters who care about shareholders and the dairy industry.
We have heard previously that they are dairy farmers well all I can say if this is the case they should be ashamed of what is transpiring within this company that they are shareholders of. The incestuous going's on of this BOD and their associates is not to the benefit of the long suffering shareholders.
There is documented information being shared with the regulators and members of the shareholder group which proves that things are NQR.

OH OK. I have to admit what comes out in here is fascinating and interesting to watch but sometimes some really strange posts appear from one or two posters.
Being on the sidelines and watching is so much easier. Good luck to those impacted by the long standing suspension and ongoing activities. Personally I think the current claim of a debt facility to do what they wanted to do years ago is madness and not in the shareholders best interest and the resolutions at the last AGM were presented appallingly and just seemed plainly odd and smelt of self-interest and perpetual indulgence by the current Board to keep feeding themselves at shareholders expense.
The green needle or hand the reins to another party is my view.
