Can you verify the statement in your first paragraph Dixie ? I don't know one way or another if this actually happened unless of course you witnessed an IM first hand.
When International Bonds are arranged, they can only be created and registered by the company with the use of an ASX special code - a SIN number. Therefore the ASX was alerted of the debt funds arrangement of $150,000,000 once the SIN number (that was provided to the company by the ASX) was used to create the bond. Then the ASX has started asking questions as to why this information hasn't been released to the market.
That's my understanding of the questions and the answers provided in this announcement.
