The incestuous BOD past and present are only interested in raising money to shore up their position and pay themselves and their associates for the gift of the gab, as opposed to having any real business and generating legitimate income for the company. Eventually people do wake up, sometimes it takes awhile but the penny does drop at sometime and set off alarm bells.

What have this present BOD and some past directors ever delivered for their shareholders in this and other companies that they have been or are involved in.

The amount of people who have come forward to the shareholder group with their story of having been burned by these people is alarming to say the least.(this comment is not fiction but factual).

It has now been 6 years that this company has offered the world yet delivered to their shareholders. Instead of following like blind sheep shareholders need to step back and ask themselves the hard cold questions why these people never deliver what they have procrastinated.

This BOD have grouped together with their associates to deny mandatory corporate governance to the benefit of ALL shareholders. Time is closing in rapidly to ALL shares being worthless. Interestingly saw an ABC programme and part was about ASIC and the roles that they need to become proactive in, company directors was a mention. One would hope that it will not be too late for the shareholders of PDF.

One has to remember a Leopard never changes its spots.
