"Securities created on 5th January, 2018", still no disclosure as to if there has been any settlement of any securities.

No disclosure to if they have commenced the re compliance process.

At the AGM 26/9/2018 Chairman disclosed that the company was now once again dealing with Parama Capital after telling a shareholder previously that they had ceased dealings with this company.

Blue Rock Capital, which one there seem to be many of that name and not related.

Breaches of the corporations act on issuing of shares appeared day prior to the AGM, how many more breaches are there be found by the regulators.

Where are the accounts etc. to the 31/3/18, 30/6/18, half year to 30/6/18 and the 2018 Annual Report the corporate governance by this BOD is abdominal and their track record shows they are out of their depth in a publicly listed company where they are answerable to ALL their shareholders. They conveniently forget that they are not running a private company.
