    Maybe a delisting and taking it private is inevitable and then they don't have the ASX Listing Rules to contend with and they can fossick around in the weeds trying to get a bank loan for some cows and a holiday bungalow in Fiji whilst they do something useful with the company before they are allowed back on the bourse.

    This one is a train wreck.
