Yes, but his response doesn't contradict the $150M amount stated by ASX - twice (ASX letter of 2/3 and prior discussions of 28/2). The response also does not contradict the ASX's comment re: "transaction data". Even the delayed release to the response (15/3 vs 6/3) suggests that ASX is looking further.
