Can pick up as many shares as he wants but (*) they’re still only worth sub-1c, (*) there is no-one to sell them to, (*) the Company has no money nor any prospects, and (*) they’ve missed so many required or even self stated deadlines that they make companies like AHF, TAU, LON, SGH, MUS, NAB, WBC, ANZ, CBA and AMP (amongst many others) look very good indeed.
