I agree but you have to admit the track record of the companies he has been the company secretary for isn't exactly stellar and it would seem he is more about minimum fee-for-service nothing else kinda guy so his pricing may be cheap and he executes the scantest of duties with minimal effort. Take some of his announcements on behalf of companies as an example.

Anyway it is more about the company, the Directors and their intentions on behalf of the shareholders than it is about who they employ as the hiredguncompanysecretarycumtodaygonetomorrow.
