The contradiction I was referring to, and as others have pointed out is:
created and settled
vs
created but not yet settled
Which is rather unsettling (sorry couldn't resist)
I also agree with the above interpretation of "has become aware of"
which is certainly not the same as "announcement dated etc etc" or "ASX informed on etc etc"
and that is why I put "the asx got hold of".
It seems clear to me that the ASX was not officially informed of this development.
Does a company need continual disclosure to the market whilst under suspension?
Anyway, I very much like that the ASX are grilling PDF over this.
Bigger questions now being:
Why would anyone lend PDF cash?
Will PDF ever come out of suspension?
$150,000,0000 - Is that an extra zero, a misplaced comma, an omitted decimal point, or a combination of all three?
Will I ever understand the increasingly opaque machinations of PDF's share register?
If this thing comes out of suspension it'll be the greatest comeback since Lazarus
