Ann: Response to ASX Query, page-20

Not sure the capital raising mentioned in the response to sac meant a public right issue or from institution only.

AGM only allows up to 10% capital raising from existing shareholder = 80m shares for 2c = $1.6m.

Refer to Ann fee months back, it had mentions that QMAC Capital will get two tranches of 315m shares which second tranche subject to shareholders approval. Second tranch is about $3.14m. Plus option of 157m at 1c = $1.57m

Noticed that one of the new board director - John halt is existing Whitehorse’s managing principal. Hopefully will see a push of sales in USA.
