stunning query by the ASX ... way beyond the usual "the price looks more this time than it did last time we looked ... any reason???"

there is the agony (or ecstacy) of capital raising in the wind IMO. ZYL cannot progress Kangwane serioulsy without any cash ... despite how good the directors think they are!

Heavens knows what they think they'll acheive with a legal dispute ... I think there is around $15m hanging which will quickly be absorbed by lawyers. Maybe the Chinese investor has promised continuing employment of the senior managment team in exchange for slamming the vendors ... who knows.

I would expect that CR announcement in the next couple of weeks as the qrtly will present IMO a fugly position.
