Cool your jets guys, the ASX was just asking if the company had an Equity and Diversity policy in place, not demanding that the company immediately employ a "women only" hiring policy in order to restore the gender balance.
It's standard practice in any corporate environment to have such a policy and it doesn't obligate the company to do anything. All it requires is a single paragraph in the company's Annual Report, with a few motherhood statements that don't oblige the company to go out of their way.
No different to having a company statement, Health and Safety or Environmental policies in place.
