Roznov - if an ASIC enquiry goes ahead Re CM and his inferred conflict EGO/KEY and the ASX are involved, he potentially could be asked to stand down in the interim. They are very muddy waters here and personally, I won't be investing in either company as such an investigation has the ability to drag both companies and their SP deep into the red yet again!!
