you got your info of the "preliminary" prospectus,and not the full one yet ... i though you had some inside info LOL,

you are right,under the use of proceeds page 24 all to be spent on drilling and admin.

page 25 also says that a reallocation of funds may happen for sound business reason's..

still begs the question about monti's buying though...

it's like trying to guess "who done it" in a murder/mystery
