I reckon they are geared up to start drilling as soon as the Right of Way has been granted. The additional drill holes , which they will have to apply for would be done straight away imo and a decision made in relation to that would be granted pretty quickly.

We are moving into the summer months in Utah, with favourable conditions over the next 3-6 months, fingers crossed the drill holes can be completed.
