I refer to your recent inquiry as to the recent movement in the shares of Adamus Resources (ADU)

1. Is the ASX aware that gold has just hit an all-time recent high of USD 1246 p/ozah der!!
2. Is the ASX aware that a substantial shareholder notice was lodged the day before your inquiry - -and that this means there has been a reasonably large buyer SURPRISE SURPRISE
3. Is the ASX aware how absolutely stupid they look issuing these types of ignorant and ill-conceived types of notices
4. Is the ASX aware how much more credibility they would have if they actually went after the serious and proper breaches of the Corporations Act rather than pursuing things over which they obviously have no understanding
