Thanks for the advice gard's old boy....Took your advice..kinda...Had a nice bottle, but prefer Mclaren Vale region.....I'm not concerned about chm shareholders at all, more than once I have said "each to their own"...Everyone has their own investment (gambling) strategy.......Some buy shares in quality companies with major assets, International scale projects, massive upside potential, which are looked upon favourably by state and federal governemnts.......Others like to punt on penny dreadful longshots....

A $150 -$250 million claim.....(shareholder guidance by chm)..settled for "windfall" of $2 million equivalent to chm.....Mate if I appraised your house for sale at $1.5 million and then sold it for $500,000..I'm sure you would feel "lied to" or at least "mis led"....If not..Maybe the word gullible could strike a chord...and if you decide to sell can you please call me first..ha ha...
"One of the people asic is taking on is an mmx co defendant" a better statement would have been "was a senior chm Director"..Cos when all said and done chm's "cases" are principally all attacking chm's own directors...for mis appropriating funds..breaching duties, criminal fraud.etc etc..MMX Just another inoncent party and my mail is, (in relation to MMX )..Chm have not "proved" anything to the contrary,
My Information Sources are varied.....I do plenty of research, and have more than a few contacts, A strategy that makes sense when investing hard earned cash..
I don't beleive that all of this is being done for the benefit of a "3rd party"...Could it be that the "myserious" Funder(3rd party) is actually a consortium of colouful chm shareholders inc Ben and Anthony,(or coy's owned by them) who, not prepared to sink thier own money into chm as a loan to prosecute case (little dividend on return) decided to fund it by this other means..and execute an agreement for approx 60% of any win plus costs..Thus assuring a legitimate way of creaming the major slice of any success.....Leaving the Punters, (Sorry Shareholders)....with next to nothing...Just a thought.....Anyway happy punting......
