Here is a fly in the ointment for you CHM'ers. If case is lost and costs are awarded against CHM which is a possibiity will CHM just wind itself up and avoid any liabilities....maybe. But lets say we find down the track that CHM was listed illegally?? Doesnt the burden then fall on the directors of the current company in other words isnt it possible for the liabilities to become personally beared?? The directors then can be pursued not just for costs but for other damages as well. Maybe a legal mind could shed more light on these possibilities.
