Not sure if PAC rolled over on price. Founder Anton sold 12% as well (of his presumedly almost 60% holding?). So he must have thought buyer was paying good price?
But agree that mkt cap/fum(a) needs to be adjusted downwards for CGA.
Guess you can think of it as maximum 40c of reality and minimum 60c of hot air, at last traded price of $1.00?
