Ann: Response to ASX Query Letter, page-30

I keep repeating myself because you guys kept talking about Kolosori and the supposed "corruption" there, and like I said to you last time, they don't need an EIS or drilling results or JORC or PFS, that's because AVQ have already produced them on a questionable tenement......IMO, the answer is in the letter of demand sent to the Kolosori landowners by AVQ, have you substantiated that yet? If so, there is no way they will "work" with AVQ anymore.
