I doubt reinstatement for VIC. Seems the hold up and overall Investigations are more about them than possibly us. Whilst we are in no way perfect in discharging Director's duties and protocols , the only real concern would seem to be the Corporations Law 606 infringement. Which inevitably works is our favor in so far as determining ' effective control ' . Maybe sub shares will have to be held in escrow for a period with no voting rights attached - who know's.

After reading through VIC's response , they in fact have a direct association with Everblu as evidenced in the Monthly Retainer's - which are quite large and their associations appear to go as far back as the acquisition of the Bonaparte tenements and beyond in 2016. Whether this part of the overall investigation continues to hold up HDY is another 'question ' for another response. I think the current Q & A by the ASX can only go on for so long before it just goes round in circles. So they will either have to refer on to the appropriate ' Law Maker's and Law Enforcer's ' ( as they are not either ) , or let us resume trading.
